Flowering: small creamy white clustered flowers on flower stems.
Hardiness: hardiness rating 2/3. Fatsia japonica or Japanese Fatsia, is a relatively hardy tropical-looking evergreen shrub. Its splendid glossy, green palmate, deeply lobed leaves make it extremely popular in tropical gardens. Fatsia japonica produces creamy white flowers in large panicles, often followed by round, black fruits. Japanese Fatsia needs protection against drying winter winds. Native to China and Japan.
